Lumby, BC, the 100% Canadian family-owned and operated business was founded by Bill
Boyko from the desire to provide high quality and accessibly priced cheese products to
Canadians.

Operations Manager (Reports to President)
Provide operational leadership and accountability across all departments.
Primary communication link between office and production
Ensure alignment between customer requirements, production capabilities, staffing, and
operational priorities
Establish and maintain department accountability through clear expectations, follow-ups, and
continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure and support adherence to company procedures/policies/standards.
Oversight, follow-ups, accountability, and support/coordination for maintenance tasks
Foster an environment with good communication, teamwork, accountability, and problem-
solving.
Identify or address issues, improvements, challenges, etc and provide support and resources as
needed.
Compensation: Subject to credential and experience ($90,000.00 - $125,000.00 salary, benefits)
